Culture Charter

The Values and Conduct That Define Us

What we believe, how we serve our clients, and how we work together as one team.

01

Core Values and Beliefs

  • The organization centers its philosophy on building long-term, transformational relationships rather than engaging in merely transactional business.
  • Guided by the “Client First, We Next, and Win-Win-Win” principle, the firm prioritizes educating, inspiring, and empowering clients so their progress drives organizational growth.
  • Professional ethics, strict integrity, and mutual trust form the basis of all interactions, with the primary objective being to make clients wise, healthy, wealthy, and happy by providing the right amount of money at the planned time rather than having them live poor and die rich.
  • Above all, the company maintains that revenue holds no value unless meaningful, positive differences are delivered to the client’s financial life.
02

Work Conduct – External

  • External client engagements require transparency, disciplined responsiveness, and strict adherence to advisory protocols.
  • Team members must operate on an “under-commit and over-deliver” approach, proactively communicating delays and returning missed communications promptly.
  • Follow-ups must respect client schedules, maintaining proper intervals and utilizing official channels while keeping data strictly confidential and avoiding unauthorized third-party sharing or personal device storage.
  • Crucially, the charter enforces a mandatory Investor Suitability Evaluation Questionnaire (ISEQ) policy — “No ISEQ. No Investment” — mandating that risk profiling be conducted authentically, updated systematically, and fully respected before making any investment or product recommendations.
03

Work Conduct – Internal

  • Internal operations demand rigorous professional discipline, daily alignment, and emotional maturity.
  • All team members are required to attend the mandatory National Daily Declaration meeting at 09:14 AM, adhere to the weekly meeting themes (from Monday M.A.N.I.A. to Saturday Breakthroughs), and provide formal transparency regarding any delays or absences.
  • Operational excellence is maintained through prompt real-time CRM updates, immediate rectification of misdirected emails, complete call logging, and professional decorum — including wearing light-colored corporate attire with visible ID badges.
  • In addition, staff must adopt a composed, solution-oriented “respond, don’t react” mindset and rely exclusively on official company devices and numbers to manage all communications responsively and responsibly.
